All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept payment through secure payment gateways including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Prices do not include shipping costs (unless stated), and taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction may be charged separately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Domestic shipping (within Australia) is charged at a flat rate of $10 unless otherwise noted.

• International shipping is available to selected countries. Import duties, customs taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or shipping carriers.

If you purchase a digital version of the book, a download link will be provided immediately after successful payment. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout. Digital products are non-refundable.

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your paperback book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos if possible. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, and digital downloads are non-refundable due to their nature.
