Our executive coaching approach is grounded in deep inquiry, behavioural insight, and practical impact. A tailored, insight-driven process

Every coaching journey is different. For some, transformation happens quickly and efficiently; for others, the process is more complex and layered. Regardless of the pace, our approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change stems from understanding and shifting the mindsets and beliefs that drive behaviour.

We work closely with each coachee to:

  • Clarify goals – not just at a surface level, but through deep exploration that often reveals more meaningful and aligned objectives.

  • Identify limiting mindsets and beliefs – examining how these patterns shape current behaviours and outcomes.

  • Activate sustainable change – supporting leaders to operate with increased presence, adaptability, and purpose.

Methodology

Our coaching typically includes:

  • Initial goal-setting and context alignment

  • 360-degree feedback or stakeholder input as a baseline for reflection and growth

  • 6–10 one-on-one sessions, usually 60 to 90 minutes in duration

  • Progress assessments toward the end of the engagement to ensure results are tracked, celebrated, and sustained

 

We adapt our methodology based on the individual, integrating a range of tools and frameworks including mindset work, emotional intelligence, values clarification, and behavioural habit change.
