Methodology
Our coaching typically includes:

360-degree feedback or stakeholder input as a baseline for reflection and growth

6–10 one-on-one sessions, usually 60 to 90 minutes in duration

Progress assessments toward the end of the engagement to ensure results are tracked, celebrated, and sustained
