Our Facilitation Model
Phase 1: Diagnosis
This phase is about surfacing insight. We work collaboratively to identify what’s working well and where change is needed—clarifying the cultural patterns, leadership behaviours, and systemic factors that shape performance and engagement. This may involve:

3. Delivery Phase: Embedding Cultural Change
