We specialise in leadership development, executive coaching, organisational culture transformation and mindsets and behavioural change. We are dedicated to utlising current best practice approaches and methodologies that assist in creating high performance at an individual, team and organisational level.

Peter Shearer

Founder & Co-Director

 

Peter Shearer has been facilitating, consulting and coaching for over twenty years.

 

He was contracted to McKinsey & Company’s Mindsets and Capabilities practise from 2001 to 2010. In that decade he worked as a facilitator, consultant and coach designing and delivering leadership and culture change programs in over thirty countries across a wide range of industries.

 

In recent years, Peter has been heavily involved in long term cultural transformation work with several high profile companies in Australia. This work has covered the diagnostic phase, the design phase and ultimately the delivery of tailor made workshops, coaching and a variety of interventions aimed at shifting organisations to the next level of performance and improving the quality of the culture.
