Peter Shearer is an executive coach, author, and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience in leadership development and organisational transformation. He has worked in more than 30 countries across sectors including energy, finance, government, education, and healthcare.

Peter specialises in helping leaders navigate complexity, build adaptive capacity, and lead with clarity and purpose. For the past five years, he has served as a lead facilitator with Mobius Executive Leadership, working with senior leaders and top teams globally.

His book, From Fear to Flow, explores how individuals and organisations can shift from reactive patterns into more grounded, intentional leadership.

Peter brings a warm, insightful, and grounded presence to every engagement—whether through coaching, workshops, or the written word.
